Caséta is what we put in most cabins and rental properties here, because it does not depend on the house having good internet and it survives a renter. The bridge talks to the switches over Lutron's own radio, so a dropped Wi-Fi connection never means dark rooms.

Caséta is often the right call for a club-community home that does not need engraved keypads — a cottage, a guest house, or a main house where the owner wants dimming and schedules without a whole-home system. Pico remotes at the bedside and by the lake-side door cover most of the daily use, and the bridge still integrates with Sonos and a thermostat if you want the pieces talking.

Heavy on cedar, stone, and cathedral ceilings, with the good glass pointed at the water. Those are hard rooms for sound and hard walls to fish, so we plan runs before anyone opens a ceiling.
Connectivity
Coverage inside the house is usually fine and coverage at the dock usually is not. Getting a reliable signal to the water almost always means a buried run to an outdoor access point rather than another repeater.

Do you install lutron caséta in Lake Naomi?
Yes. Lake Naomi is part of our regular service area and we work throughout Monroe County, including Lake Naomi Club & Timber Trails, Sunset Point, Beach Club area. We are based in Pocono Pines, so this is work we do ourselves rather than subcontract.
How many switches can Caséta handle?
Seventy-five devices on a Smart Bridge PRO, but the practical ceiling is lower. Past about 20 lighting loads you want RadioRA 3 instead, mostly for the keypads and the better scene handling.
Will it work with Alexa, Google, and HomeKit?
All three, plus Ring, Ecobee, and Sonos. The PRO bridge adds Control4, Crestron, and Josh.ai integration if you ever go that direction.
