Service & support
Somebody answers in February.
We service systems we installed and plenty we did not. If your integrator disappeared, your app stopped connecting, or half the house never worked right in the first place — that is a normal call for us.
What we handle
System takeover
Your integrator moved on. We transfer accounts into your name, get everything current, and support it from there.
Troubleshooting
One zone stopped playing, a keypad went dark, the app cannot find the system. Usually a same-day fix.
Remote support
We built your system so we can reach it. Most problems get diagnosed and solved without a truck roll.
Upgrades & expansion
Adding a room, a zone, a lock, or a camera to a system that already works. No reason to start over.
Seasonal open & close
Getting a house ready to sit empty, and getting it back on when you return. Checked, tested, and documented.
Pre-sale and pre-purchase checks
Buying or selling a house with systems in it? We tell you what actually works before it is your problem.
The orphaned system problem
If nobody has touched it since the builder left, you are not alone.
Second homes get abandoned by their integrators more than primary homes do. The system was installed at build, used a couple dozen weekends a year, and quietly fell out of date while nobody was watching.
The good news is that these are usually more recoverable than owners expect. A controller and an afternoon of programming fixes a surprising number of them. When it does not — when the hardware genuinely cannot run current software — we say so up front, with what a replacement path costs, before you spend anything.
Either way you end up owning your own system: accounts in your name, passwords in your hands, and documentation left in the rack.
Will you service a system you did not install?
Yes. It is a large share of what we do. We assess what is there, tell you what is worth keeping, and give you a price to get it working before we touch anything.
How fast do you respond?
Same or next business day for most calls, and faster for a house that is losing heat or has water somewhere it should not be. Systems with remote access frequently get fixed the same hour you call.
Do I have to be there?
For most service calls, no. We coordinate access, send photos, and walk you through anything that changed. For homes in gated communities we handle contractor registration in advance.
Is there a service contract?
Only if you want one. Our support plan covers remote diagnostics, firmware maintenance, and priority scheduling. Plenty of clients skip it and call us as needed, which is fine.
Next step
Something not working?
Call (267) 719-3598 and describe what it is doing. A lot of this gets solved on the phone, and what does not gets scheduled while we are still talking.
