A wide range — original 1970s A-frames and chalets through substantial new construction on the water, plus the larger wooded lots over in Timber Trails. The A-frames are the interesting ones: knee walls, cathedral ceilings, and no attic worth using, which makes wire routing a planning problem rather than a labor problem.
