What we install
Systems, and what each one is actually for.
Twelve things we do well. Every one of these is a real specialty with its own design decisions — not a line item on a package. Start with whichever problem is loudest.
Lighting Control
Dimmers, keypads, and scenes that replace a wall of unlabeled switches with a few buttons that actually make sense.
ExploreLutron Caséta
The right-sized Lutron system for a cabin, a condo, or a rental — reliable, affordable, and installed in a day.
ExploreControl4
Programming, service, and rescue for existing Control4 systems — including the ones whose original dealer disappeared.
ExploreWhole-Home Audio
Sonos and architectural speakers through the whole house and out to the dock — one app, every room, no visible boxes.
ExploreSmart Locks & Access
Keyless entry with codes you can issue, schedule, and revoke from anywhere — built for guests, cleaners, and rentals.
ExploreNetworking & Wi-Fi
Business-grade Wi-Fi that covers the whole property, the garage, and the dock — and stays up when you are 200 miles away.
ExploreHome Theater & Media Rooms
From a properly done great-room TV to a dedicated theater with risers, acoustic treatment, and one button that starts the movie.
ExploreMotorized Shades
Lutron shades on the lake-facing glass — automatic at sunset, quiet, and battery or hardwired.
ExploreSecurity Cameras
Wired cameras with local recording that actually see at night, cover the driveway and dock, and do not need a subscription.
ExploreVacation Home Monitoring
Freeze, leak, power, and entry alerts for a house that sits empty — the system that pays for itself the first time it works.
ExploreOutdoor Audio & Lighting
Landscape lighting and buried outdoor speakers for the deck, the dock, the fire pit, and the path down to the water.
ExploreSmart Climate Control
Thermostats you can trust from 200 miles away, with hard freeze floors and zone-by-zone control.
ExploreIf you are not sure where to start
Empty most of the week?
Start with monitoring, locks, and a real network. Those three protect the building and remove the reasons you drive up unplanned.
Renting it out?
Per-booking door codes and guest-isolated Wi-Fi pay for themselves in a season. Add climate control so nobody leaves the heat at 78 in February.
Living in it full time?
Lighting control and audio are the two you will touch every day. Shades come next if you have lake-facing glass.
Next step
Not sure which of these you need?
That is what the walkthrough is for. We look at the house, ask how you use it, and tell you the two or three things worth doing first.
