Lutron
Lutron is the system we install more of than anything else, and it is the one we are formally certified on. There is a reason: it works. Lutron dimmers run on their own radio band rather than your Wi-Fi, the hardware lasts decades, and the company still supports products it shipped in the 1990s. In a house that sits empty half the year and runs on whatever internet reaches it, that reliability is the entire point.

Yes. Lighting is the system we do the most of and it is the one we hold formal certification on. That gets us access to the professional lines, factory support, and training that the retail channel does not.
Caséta or RadioRA 3?
Caséta below roughly 20 lighting loads with no keypad engraving. RadioRA 3 for whole-home, engraved keypads, shade integration, and anything you may want to hand to a control system later.
Will Lutron work if the internet goes out?
Every keypad and dimmer keeps working. The processing is in the house, not in a data center. You lose remote app access until the connection returns; you do not lose your lights.
