We live where you vacation.
570 Systems is an independent smart home integrator based in Pocono Pines. We work on the houses around us — lake homes, ski chalets, rentals, and the year-round houses in between.
Why we exist
Most of this trade is set up to serve builders, not owners.
A system goes in during construction, the integrator gets paid, and support quietly becomes somebody else's problem. Five years later the owner has a touchscreen that does not respond, an app they were never given the login for, and a phone number that rings somewhere in the Lehigh Valley.
We started 570 Systems to be the other thing. Small enough that the person who designed your system is the person who shows up to fix it. Local enough that showing up is not a two-hour commitment. And independent enough to tell you when the honest answer is that you should spend less money than you were planning to.
Practically, that means we spend a lot of our time on work other companies avoid: taking over systems somebody else abandoned, untangling a network that has been rebooted daily for six years, and getting a Control4 project transferred back into the homeowner's own name.

How we work
Four things we do not compromise on.
We tell you what not to buy.
The fastest way to lose a customer for good is to sell them a system they did not need. If the answer to your problem is a $200 device and an afternoon, that is what we will quote.
Fixed prices, written scope.
Every proposal has actual model numbers on it and a number at the bottom that does not move. Change orders happen when you change the scope, not when we underestimated it.
You own your system.
Accounts in your name, passwords handed over, documentation left behind. If you ever fire us, the next integrator can pick up where we left off without starting over.
We answer the phone.
The most common complaint we hear about the last company is that they stopped calling back. Every system we install gets remote access so most problems get solved without a truck.

Authorized Lutron dealer
Trained and authorized on Caséta, RadioRA 3, and Serena shading. Lighting is the system we do the most of, and it is the one we are formally certified on.
Sonos partner
Whole-home and outdoor audio, including Sonos Architectural by Sonance for in-ceiling and outdoor zones.
Independent on Control4
We are not a Control4 dealer, and we say so. What we do is program, service, expand, and rescue existing systems — including transferring orphaned projects back to the homeowner. If a system is past saving, we will tell you that too.
